Chatsy has four self-serve plans: Free at $0 per month, Hobby at $40 per month, Standard at $150 per month, and Pro at $500 per month. Enterprise uses a sales quote.
Chatsy deducts credits when an AI model generates a response. Models cost between 1 and 10 credits per response. Claude Fable 5 costs 10 credits per response. Workspace credits reset monthly.
Multiply the AI replies you expect each month by the credits per response of the model your agent uses. AI reply drafts use credits too. A plan fits when the total stays below its monthly credits, because Chatsy blocks a response that would reach the allowance. The estimate at the top of this page runs this check for every plan.
Yes. Free includes 1 AI agent, 40 monthly credits, 5 MB of training data, and 3 available models. It does not require a credit card.
No. Each plan has its own model list. Hobby and Standard currently share the same model access, while Pro and Enterprise add more options. The comparison table shows the model count for each plan, and the model costs table shows the plans that include each model.
Chatsy blocks a new AI response when that response would reach or exceed the workspace's monthly credit allowance. Upgrade the workspace or wait for the next monthly reset.
Paid subscriptions are managed through the Stripe billing portal linked from the Chatsy dashboard. You can change or cancel a subscription there.
Hobby is $400 per year, Standard is $1500 per year, and Pro is $5000 per year. Each annual price equals ten monthly payments.
Yes. Hobby, Standard, Pro, and Enterprise include both modules. Free does not include either module.
Chatsy's Terms of Service allow refunds within 14 days for annual plans. The Terms do not promise the same refund window for monthly plans.
