How does the AI screen candidates?

Is employee data secure?
Chatsy uses AES-256 encryption at rest and TLS 1.3 in transit, with workspace isolation by row-level access controls. Conversations are never used to train AI models. The AI only accesses information it needs to answer specific questions, and employee data is handled according to your retention policies. Note: Chatsy does not currently offer audit log exports, SSO, or SOC 2 Type II reports. If those are required, contact us about your specific needs.
