By accessing or using Chatsy ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service. These terms apply to all users, including visitors, registered users, and businesses deploying Chatsy chatbots.

Chatsy provides an AI-powered customer support platform that includes: • AI chatbots trained on your content • Live chat with human takeover capabilities • Knowledge base management • Ticketing and conversation management • Analytics and reporting We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time.

To use certain features, you must create an account. You agree to: • Provide accurate, current, and complete information • Maintain the security of your password and account • Accept responsibility for all activities under your account • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

You agree NOT to use Chatsy to: • Violate any applicable laws or regulations • Infringe on intellectual property rights of others • Transmit harmful, offensive, or inappropriate content • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems • Interfere with or disrupt the Service • Use the Service for spam or unsolicited communications • Impersonate any person or entity • Collect personal data of users without consent We reserve the right to remove content and terminate accounts that violate these guidelines.

You retain ownership of all content you upload to Chatsy ("Your Content"). By uploading content, you grant us a license to: • Process and store Your Content to provide the Service • Create AI embeddings and models based on Your Content • Display Your Content through your chatbot to your end users We do NOT use Your Content to train general AI models or share it with other customers. Your Content remains confidential and is deleted when you remove it or close your account.

Our AI generates responses based on your content and our language models. You acknowledge that: • AI responses may occasionally be inaccurate or incomplete • You are responsible for reviewing and configuring AI behavior • End users should be informed they are interacting with AI • Critical decisions should involve human review We continuously improve our AI but cannot guarantee 100% accuracy.

For paid plans: • Billing is monthly or annual, depending on your plan • Payments are processed securely through our payment provider • Prices may change with 30 days notice for existing customers • Refunds are available within 14 days for annual plans • Failed payments may result in service suspension Free tier limitations apply as described on our pricing page.

Chatsy and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Chatsy and protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Our trademarks may not be used without prior written consent. Your use of the Service does not grant you ownership of any intellectual property.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW: • Chatsy is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind • We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages • Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the past 12 months This limitation applies regardless of the legal theory under which damages are sought.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Chatsy, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from: • Your use of the Service • Your violation of these Terms • Your violation of any third-party rights • Content you upload or generate through the Service

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time: • You can delete your account through the dashboard • We may terminate accounts that violate these terms • Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends immediately • We will delete your data within 30 days of account closure Sections regarding intellectual property, limitation of liability, and indemnification survive termination.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by: • Posting the new Terms on this page • Updating the "Last updated" date • Sending an email notification for significant changes Your continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where Chatsy is incorporated, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration, except where prohibited by law.
