Chatsy does not currently offer HIPAA Business Associate Agreements (BAAs). If you handle Protected Health Information (PHI), please use a HIPAA-eligible alternative or contact us about future plans. Chatsy can still help with non-PHI administrative workflows such as office hours, general FAQs, and routing appointment requests to staff.
Can patients book appointments through the chatbot?
Yes! Integrate Chatsy with your practice management system or use our scheduling tools. Patients can check availability, book, reschedule, and cancel appointments.
How do you handle sensitive health information?
Chatsy is designed to collect necessary information securely without storing PHI inappropriately. For detailed health questions, it routes to qualified staff while maintaining compliance.
